Shipping

In-stock items will ship within 24 hours. All shipments are FOB, DR.WATER FL, Shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Freight claims must be made immediately and directly to the carrier. DR WATER FL will help as much as possible to resolve claims. DR WATER FL will not be responsible for breakages or shortages after products are accepted by the common carrier. All shipments must be inspected for damage and accounted for short at the time of delivery. Any damage or discrepancies should be noted immediately. Most packages will be shipped UPS ground. For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other countries, packages will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and the appropriate shipping rate will apply. Please contact us for shipping costs prior to purchase.

If your order is $35 or more, you may qualify for free Super NOW shipping to a single address within the continental 48 states. With Super NOW Shipping, your order will be delivered 2-5 business days after that all of your items are available for shipping, including pre-order items. To order online: Add at least $35 worth of eligible products to your shopping cart. Note: Eligible items will display “Eligible for FREE Super YAR Shipping” next to their price. Product bundles and items sold separately qualify separately for the $35 minimum purchase.

TAXES

Taxes are not included. Prices quoted do not include all taxes. Buyer will be responsible for the payment of all state/local sales, use and/or gross receipts taxes resulting from transactions with DR. WATER FL, regardless of assignment of responsibility for the tax by law. Orders shipped within Georgia are subject to applicable county tax rates unless a completed reseller card or exemption certificate is on file.
